Summary

FSCW-5000CH2 is a new late-model coupler machine which has been developed since 2008 and introduced into the market since April 2009. Both function and working stability of FSCW-5000CH2 are superior to the ones of the same product made through the latest production technology in China and in the world.

FSCW-5000CH2 adopt the moving controlling system and data acquisition system from Germany and can be controlled by laptop computer through the USB port, which can increase the communication speed between coupler machine and control software. It can be controlled by embedded operating system either, that is, it can be connected directly to the display and the keyboard and mouse to do a great help to saving the room. 

Software Features:

It has both Heat Correction function and Cold Correction function , which can enlarge the working capacity of coupler machine.There are either mode of scan or mode of fixed point used in Dual-Window Prestretching.The heating-up time of encapsulate can be set through software.The products statements can be produced from the product parameter storage automatically.The scan amplitude of the torch scan can be modified according to particular stretching length.The speed of stretching can be adjusted according to stretching length.The flow of hydrogen and oxygen can be changed according to stretching length.The gathering of Small Signal Coupling Ratio is more accurate.The flow of hydrogen and oxygen can be controlled by software.Testing PDL online
